Historic Italian companies that have been operating in the world of dentistry for decades. In particular, it deals with the production and sale of dental units, managing to bring together the knowledge of different professionals according to the synergistic education that is the basis of its professional philosophy. Among the team, designer Giugiaro stands out for winning the Compasso d’Oro award, one of the most prestigious international awards for design, with the Isotron dental unit.

 

Objectives

Relaunch and give a strong boost to company growth in the dentistry market and consolidate its leadership in Italy.

 

Project

Mollusco&Balena to launch the brand and characterize it with an extremely professional approach in line with the strategic objectives, Balena oversaw:

  • digital and traditional editorial planning in collaboration with Idea&Colori
  • the configurator that allows you to change the colors of the dental unit that forms the background of the site
  • the creation of a distinctive brand experience, from the first suspect contact to lead cultivation with crm action. The results are clear: more than 70 dentists per month.
  • positioning and creative concept, to be presented to dental practices, through the drafting of catalogues, press campaignsin specialised magazines and participation in sector trade fairs
  • the activity of social networks which focuses on community management with a view to customer experience with a strong declination of the communication strategy and related creativity on the editorial level

The mission is to differentiate the two different brands by implementing a common strategy that focuses on personalized and sector-specific communication.
