Objectives
The client needed to create, on the one hand, a digital presence that was modern and coordinated with the group’s activities, and on the other to have strategic support in the promotion and online positioning.
Project
Mollusk & To achieve the objective, Balena followed the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries online communication project which starts from an analysis of the target ranging from the end user to the distributor, passing through installers and wholesalers.
The activity includes:
- homepage interactive and guaranteed by professional videos that explain the vision and philosophy of the Japanese giant
- accessibility both from PC and from tablet or smartphone, and guides the user in choosing the product. This is guaranteed by the configured system, thanks to which the customer can choose based both on the area of application and whether it is a public or private place
- reserved area which provides access to information reserved for Group companies: from the technical data sheets of each product or spare part, up to the possibility of placing an order through a dedicated B2B software
- areas created specifically for the customer with the request for a quote and, in addition, the possibility of becoming a reseller
