Gian Antonio Paladini is the lingerie brand that was born from the sartorial tradition of Milan in the early 1900s where the Paladini family ran an atelier near La Scala where they created unique masterpieces for the most demanding. After a century of quality and tradition, the company today exports its products throughout Europe. Distribution has a boutique in Via Verri in Milan and a presence in the best stores in Italy and Europe.

 

Objectives

The client wanted to tackle a digital organic growth project to complement the physical expansion that was already underway.

The ownership, aware of the need to deal with digital distribution that allows it to cover the uncovered commercial areas, wanted a functional e-commerce that does not burden the current management which is organized for B2B.

The objective was to break even in 24 months from the site going online.

 

Project

After a careful analysis of the market and the structure of the company we have

  • Shared a business plan and the operational e-commerce project so that it was aimed at both communication and sale. li>
  • Developed an ad hoc platform that allowed a connection between the company management system and external logistics so that the processes were automated.

  • A digital advertising investment plan to reach break even in 18 months from the site going online.
